Latah County Fair Historic
Recipe Challenge

Bakers are invited to join in the 6th Annual Historic Recipe Challenge at the Latah County Fair! Follow this recipe from the early 1900s, and bake and decorate as desired with frosting for judging.

Submit your entry Monday, September 14th or Tuesday, September 15th at the Latah County Fairgrounds between 3pm and 6pm [note entry days/times have changed from previous years]. Please include your the recipe with your entry of 6 pastries. Entries will be split into adult and youth categories and judged Wednesday, September 16th.
