Latah County Fair Historic
Recipe Challenge

Bakers are invited to join in the 5th Annual Historic Recipe Challenge at the Latah County Fair! Follow this recipe for coffee cake from the early 1900s, and bake and decorate as desired for judging.

Submit your entry Monday, September 8th or Tuesday, September 9th at the Latah County Fairgrounds between 3pm and 6pm [note entry days/times have changed from previous years]. Please include your the recipe with your entry. Entries will be split into adult and youth categories and judged Wednesday, September 10th.
